Chen is a product and strategy expert, specializing in consulting for start-ups. With a background in planning and designing consumer and business products for millions of users in a range of industries, including: homeland security, communications, and e-commerce, she understands the intricacies of balancing between offering unique user value and meeting business needs. Chen has a B.A. in Interactive Communications and a Masters in Communications, both from the IDC Herzliya. She teaches Product Management at the IDC Herzliya and is a consultant for the MBA program at Cornell Tech, NYC.
